Q: What size should I order?

Q:  How do I know you’ve received my order? 
A:  You’ll receive a confirmation email. In the rare event that you don’t, please contact us via our contact us page and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

Q: What if my order doesn’t arrive? 
A:  Please contact us via our contact us page and we’ll get it sorted.

Q:  Can I track my current order online? 
A:  An email with an Australia Post tracking number will be sent to you, once your order has been dispatched. If you’ve got any questions, please contact us via our contact us page.

Q:  I need to return my item.
A:  We offer a choice of a full refund or exchange if the item is faulty and contact is made within 30 days of purchase.  Drop us a line and we can sort it out.

Q: The garment tag says designed in Australia, made in China.  How do I know that my garment has been ethically manufactured?
A:  All Malt garments are manufactured in factories that we can confidently assure all our customers are ethically run and are regularly inspected.
